Hi John,

Thank you for reaching out about this issue. I've looked into your order ORD-8756-2025 and confirmed that the payment was processed successfully.

There appears to be a sync delay with our credit system. Could you please try logging out of your account and logging back in? This often refreshes the credit balance.

If that doesn't work, could you please let me know which payment method you used and if you've received any error messages?
